How is it used?
It is used by taking your temperature every morning before you do anything else using a thermometer. The user must keep the thermometer in their mouth for a full five minutes. You must read the results of your temperature within 1/10 of a degree. You should chart these temperatures down on a graph. You must record every single reading. Since you are charting every single day on a chart, you will start to see a pattern. There will be an increase in temperature slightly after ovulation. The increase can be sudden, gradual or in steps depending on the person or cycle. It is recommended that you get help from a health professional to read your chart at the beginning. Using this chart you can see what are your infertile days which are also your safe days.
